Welcome to our application (“App”). When you browse, register, purchase, or otherwise use the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). To keep things clear, “we/“us/“our” means the App owner, and “you” means the user. “They/them” refers to third parties.

Please read these Terms carefully before you continue using the App. Capitalized terms are explained in the relevant sections below.

1) Scope

These Terms govern:

  • your use of the App and its services; and
  • any agreement or legally enforceable relationship between you and us arising from that use.

Unless we say otherwise on a specific page, these Terms apply to all users. If a clause only applies to a particular group (e.g., “Consumers” or non-Consumers), we will say so explicitly right there.

3) Age & Eligibility

You should only access and use the App if you are an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are not, please stop using the App or use it only with a guardian’s authorization and supervision.

4) Using the App (Terms of Use)

By using the App, you confirm that:

  1. you are a Consumer or a business user with legal capacity to contract;
  2. unless clearly stated otherwise, we (or our licensors) own all content and IP on the App;
  3. you will follow applicable laws and these Terms, and you will not infringe our or anyone else’s rights.

Some features (e.g., promotions, APIs, memberships) may have additional rules. If so, those rules appear where the feature is offered and form part of these Terms.

5) Content & Intellectual Property

We work hard to ensure App content is lawful and doesn’t infringe third-party rights. Still, mistakes can happen. If you believe something here violates your rights, email us so we can review it. This does not limit your legal remedies.

  • All rights reserved: Unless we expressly say otherwise, all content (text, images, audio/video, code, UI, logos, trademarks, etc.) is protected and owned by us or our licensors.
  • What you may do: If a page explicitly allows it, you may download, copy, or share specific content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and source notices and follow any stated limits.
  • What you may not do: Except where the law grants a mandatory exception (e.g., certain fair-use scenarios), you must not sell, sublicense, edit, copy, bulk-download, share beyond allowed limits, modify, translate, adapt, publish, transmit, create derivative works, or transfer content to third parties—whether or not you intended to.
  • Legal exceptions: Nothing here restricts your statutory exceptions or limitations under applicable copyright law.

6) Third-Party Resources & Ads (Their Stuff)

You may find links, resources, products, services, or ads from third parties on the App. Please note:

  • We don’t control third-party content or availability and aren’t responsible for it.
  • If you interact with a third party, your relationship is governed by their terms and privacy policy.
  • Any disputes, losses, or risks arising from your dealings with them are between you and them; to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for those issues.

7) Acceptable Use

Help us keep the App safe for everyone. You agree to:

  • comply with laws and these Terms;
  • avoid infringing the rights of others;
  • not use the App for illegal, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, malicious, security-bypassing, or data-scraping conduct.

If we reasonably suspect you’re engaging in prohibited activity, we may take steps to protect legitimate interests—limiting or ending access, terminating agreements, and, where needed, notifying authorities (administrative or judicial).

8) Liability (What We/You Are Responsible For)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for issues caused by third parties, force majeure, general Internet or platform outages, your device or account misuse, or your breach of these Terms.
  • You understand that using the App involves inherent risks (e.g., data loss, service interruptions, third-party disputes), and you accept those risks where the law allows.
  • If we must compensate you for direct and foreseeable losses, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or a minimal reasonable cap if the service was free).
  • This section does not limit or exclude liability where such limitation/exclusion is prohibited by law.

9) Indemnity

If your breach of these Terms or of the law (including rights of others) causes a claim against us, you agree to indemnify us for resulting losses, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent allowed by law. We’ll notify you and cooperate reasonably in handling such matters.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We’ll announce changes on the App or by other reasonable means. Updates take effect on the posted effective date. If you keep using the App after that date, it means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Ending the Relationship

You may stop using the App and, if applicable, request account deletion at any time. If you materially breach these Terms or the law, we may suspend or terminate your access. Termination doesn’t affect rights and obligations that have already accrued (e.g., payment or liability).

12) Governing Law & Disputes

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of our place of registration/primary operation. We’ll try to resolve disputes amicably first. If that fails, the dispute will go to the competent court or arbitral body in that jurisdiction.
